On June 12th, Weight Watchers WALK-!T Day, make a commitment to walk a 5K with other Weight Watchers members, family and friends. Walking is a great way to burn calories, tone muscles, and get in shape.
Follow the training plan in the special flyer you will receive at your weekly meeting and you can be walking a 5K in just six weeks. Use the training chart as a guide and check off your daily progress.

Walking with others can strengthen your resolve and it’s more fun to train together. You can join a walking group or start one with your friends and family members. The Community is a great place to connect with people like you who are also training for the WALK-!T Challenge.
